Recent Project: Garner Hotel, Haymarket Edinburgh Bedrooms & Public Area
Atkinson & James acting as Principal contractor worked alongside Project Managers and cost consultants Fitzsimons and Designers Spaceband to bring the Hotel owners The Edinburgh Collection and IHG’s vision to fruition.
Over a period of 12 weeks, A&J carried out the refurbishment of 195 bedrooms and corridors to become one of the first Garner by IHG Hotels in the
country.
Also, over a period of 6 weeks, A&J carried out the refurbishment of public areas, including reception, lounge & coffee bar area.
